Sharpens the edge after step 1. This step can be used for every day maintenance of your knives. Pull through from heel to tip approximately 3 times

Step 3 – Fine – Ceramic
Hones the edge to be extremely sharp. For well maintained knives, this step can be used prior to use for excellent cutting results. Pull through from heel to tip approximately 4 times.
